"There really isn’t anyone out there doing what she is doing and I find myself utterly mesmerised by all I’ve heard from her."
(Graeme Smith, York Calling)

Nównøis is a London-based experimental artist crafting moody, textural music for people who like being alone — or for anyone who feels most themselves in the quiet hours. Her sound slips between dark R&B, trip-hop, avant-pop, and minimal electronic storytelling, built from field recordings, sampled noises, intimate vocals, and a distinctly raw emotional language.

After years performing and releasing music as NAGYEDi, collaborating with musicians and producers across the world, she stepped into Nównøis as a fully self-produced solo act — taking complete creative control over every part of the process. From production and songwriting to visuals, branding, and the growing Nównøis universe, she has built a world that feels both cinematic and fragile, charged with internal dialogue and honest tension.

Her collaborations include The Subtheory (UK), Ainti (BR), Boohai (UK), Lnoer (FI), The Third Mind (CH), and Levente Fegyverneky (HU), with more projects on the way, including a forthcoming release with DXCV3R (CH/PL). Each partnership nudges her sound into new shapes without compromising its core: vulnerability with teeth.

In 2025, Nównøis opens a new chapter with verses, the first part of a three-EP cycle that later forms her debut LP Taste It. Written in fragments and built late at night between parenting, survival, and self-reconstruction, the project explores distance, anxiety, dignity, and the strange softness that comes when you finally stop fighting your own depths.

Nównøis doesn’t write for the mainstream. She writes for people who carry storms quietly, who think too much, who never fit quite right.
If that’s you — welcome.
