After a powerful launch in May, Alternatíva returns with another night of raw, self-produced music and underground connection — where art meets art, live.

If you feel like these words sounds familiar, you're right. It's the exact event description which I'm free to use as Alternatíva is actually me living my past as a marketing and PR specialist. I've tried to avoid this side of me for so long but it just comes naturally, and why not use it for something as wonderful as supporting other artists who I believe deserve to be heard. You'll love them too, I promise. Our first event was such a success that Biddle Bros offered us a bimonthly slot at their concert room to host a few more events like that. Here I'd grab the chance to say thank you to Valentina Reptile and Phoebe Massey who made the night really special with their intimate and banging, super unique sets. I've also prepared a playlist on Soundcloud where you can listen to some tracks by artists who joined this movement.

The second edition brings together three remarkable artists who, while deeply individual, share a kindred energy in sound and spirit. Their styles echo and contrast in all the right ways — if you connect with one, you're likely to leave with two new favourites.

LINEUP

---------------------

REIFIER

The solo project of Mexico-born composer, producer, and singer Daniela Mandoki. Reifier merges manipulated recordings, immersive atmospheres, and distinctive vocals into meticulous, voice-led electronic compositions — all self-produced and mixed with care.

---------------------

NÓWNØIS

London-based Hungarian producer and vocalist creating emotionally charged electronic music rooted in field recordings, trip-hop textures, and intimate songwriting. She’s currently unveiling tracks from her upcoming debut album, which can only be heard live ahead of its release later this year.

---------------------

BOB BRAUN

The London-based producer explores a genre-fluid sound practice around themes of queerness, longing, and belonging. His new project Spectra is an electro-experimental pop trilogy inspired by the night and an ode to subversive ambiguities, with the first two chapters released across 2024–2025.

---------------------

Come early, stay late — Biddle Bros offers a warm, relaxed space for conversation and connection (and drinks) with the artists.
